To "hear" your story as your body tells it is to experience it. This is an altered state of awareness compared to the one we spend most of our day.
How DO you listen? How CAN you tune in to this language? How might you address your body differently so that the language comes through loudly and clearly?
Is your body speaking to you in a loud voice and you just don't know how to translate?
Get out of your Default Mode and into the living body. 
We will practice breath techniques, somatic movement exercises, and intention clarification. Both mind and body will be readied and set for the deep practice of Breathwork for Somatic Processing.
